For those who live in Oregon, obtaining a medical marijuana permit has never been easier. However, according to the program’s website there is still no place to legally buy medical marijuana.
For those who are in need of a compassionate doctor and you live in Oregon, you’re in luck. The THC Foundation has clinics in Bend, Brookings, Eugene, Grants Pass, Medford, and Umatilla. There is also a place called the Compassion Center, where interested individuals can find compassionate doctors.
The fee for the permit is $100 or $20 if you receive SSI or are on the Oregon Health Plan. The cost for a doctor’s recommendation for your application is additional and can run upwards of $200.
