Seattle and Vancouver, BC made fall's top shoulder season hot spots in the Orbitz Insider Index. The top ten list, with Dublin in the #1 spot, launches a seasonal sale with hotels as low as $35 per night in autumn's popular destinations.
The Orbitz Insider Index reviewed average hotels costs in 10 popular shoulder season destinations, indicating which ones are of the best value. Dublin, Ireland and Bermuda top the list, offering travelers the highest year-over-year percentage savings, with 44% and 38% respectively.
