Fans went wild over reports that were posted sharing that "Orange is the New Black" was canceled. On Sunday, New York Daily News shared about this rumor. This show is a huge Netflix hit and people were all over social networks freaking out that their favorite show would not be on again. Season one and two are both on Netflix now and season three is under development right now.

Empire News is the site that was sharing this information. They are known for making up fake news all the time. Their report said, "We regret to inform Netflix members that 'Orange is the New Black' has been permanently cancelled. Also, starting September 1st, 2014, past episodes will no longer be available for streaming on Netflix." Something pretty bad would have to happen for the network to take it that far.

The stars of the show even got word about this all. Kate Mulgrew did share that it wasn't true though. She said, "#OITNB HAS NOT been cancelled. It's renewed for a 3rd season which is currently in production. The website reporting the story is a hoax." She posted this on her Facebook page to make sure that fans knew what was going on. Fans were so upset that they were threatening to throw a fit, crying and even one fan said they would "cut someone." Thank goodness this show is still going.

If you want to watch "Orange is the New Black," you can catch it on Netflix. The first two seasons are already on there ready for you to watch now and the third season will be there too. This show isn't going anywhere and it doesn't look like it will be leaving any time soon. It is doing great and fans love it!
