Oral Roberts memorial service has long lines of people waiting to pay respect (video link)

Hundreds of people wait to pay respect to Oral Roberts at memorial service. The memorial service is being televised live on the Oral Robert website. Live streaming of the memorial service can be seen by clicking here, and video of the service will be available afterwards at the same website.

The family opened the memorial service to the public and it was held Monday at 2 pm on the ORU campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The doors opened at 1 pm.

Oral Roberts, founder of Oral Roberts University (ORU), and TV Evangelist died a week ago, he was 91. Oral Roberts died of complications of pneumonia in Newport Beach last Tuesday.

Oral Roberts founded Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1963 and served as the President of the University until 1993. Roberts was also one of the people who started TV evangelism. He hosted a TV show called Miracles Now in the 1960s and 1970s, and reached millions of people around the nation and the world.
