Actress Kate Hudson has established herself as a star appearing in numerous films such as Almost Famous,Fools Gold and Bride wars. This month she is set to star in the upcoming film “Nine” by director Rob Marshall. This is Hudson’s first time appearing in a musical . She was interviewed today with her "Nine" cast members on the Oprah Winfrey show.

Hudson recalled the first time she was on the set for the big dance number .
Hudson: “I remember the first time I got on the stage and it was fully on...lights and fans and I just froze..I was like what happened to the 2 months of rehearsal. And then you look around and you see everybody that makes you feel comfortable, and then you’re in it.”
They rehearsed two months for the routine and shot it over a grueling 2 day period in which she says they “all lost like 2 inches ... It was 10 hours of just jumping”. “It was so fun it was maybe the the best experience for me to date, was this movie.”
Said Hudson “I grew up in a dancing family, so for me Rob Marshal is like working with a modern day Bob Fossi.” “It was truly a phenomenal experience” When asked about her sunny disposition Hudson says she was raised to have a joyful attitude by Mom actress director Goldie Hawn , and stepfather actor Kurt Russel. “ Its like the book “Tuesdays with Morrie” It’s like if your feeling the sadness you go into it, and thats where you find your happiness. Thats how we were raised.. if your feeling something feel it.”
Even with all her previous candid comments Hudson kept mum on the subject of her latest flame, New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez .
Hudson : “ I always feel crazy you know it’s like that thing.... your personal life relationships and your life and how and where to discuss them... and ended by stating she is very happy and joyful”

Ok, just because she "met" him years ago does NOT mean she hooked up with him! I met my husband four years before I ever even considered a relationship with him. Meeting someone does not mean you are sleeping with them! I am very happily married and I have many many friends that I am not "hooking" up with. I love Kate Hudson, I think she is beautiful and I love Arod who is also beautiful. :-)~~ I am happy for them.
