Business consulting firm OPIS Network announces the "Helping 100 Businesses for 100 Days" interactive workshop, designed to help civic, community, and businesses leaders leverage the power of social media, and develop a 100-day action plan. The event also features a mini-expo and networking opportunities, and will be held on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., at Concordia University in Irvine.
"Social media affects the way we hire, train, and lead employees," said OPIS Network partner Norm Bour. "Participants will learn how to develop and implement strategies that will help them build a better, faster-growing company, and be more successful in this new viral economy."
The nonprofit Build as One Foundation is the event organizer. Sponsors include Cox Business(R), Patch.com, and Interact Performance Systems. Registration is now open at http://oc100days.eventbrite.com/#. The fee is $20, which includes the two-hour workshop, as well as a continental breakfast, and a pass to the mini-expo.
