Opie Gone Bad
Yes, you read it right! Opie Gone Bad will be playing at this year's Step up for Down Syndrome Walk hosted by the Mile High Down Syndrome Association (MHDSA) at Denver's City Park on September 26th. Last year was MHDSA's first year at this new venue, which proved to be a big success, with over 3,000 attendees and this year is looking to be even better.
Food and Fun
The day will be filled with fun, food, excitement and great entertainment for the walkers, friends and families. Colorado Civitan Members will be preparing a pancake breakfast for the registered walkers and a hot dog luch will be available for a small donation to the Civitans. Vendors from local restaurants will also be stepping in to provide a variety of items for the attendees to choose from. MHDSA always manages to pull something out of their hat to keep the event one you do not want to miss.
