They are looking for an Operations Coordinator to fill the position. The hours are 5 am - 5 pm 4 days and on/4 days off, is called the Rotating Shift.
The right candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to Landstar's agents and customers. They must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet. They should have previous customer service experience in a similar environment. They must have excellent listening, verbal and written, communication skills.
A strong geographical knowledge of North America is needed. They must also have the ability to prioritize and multi-task, to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment, and have strong problem solving abilities. Strong organizational skills are required for this position. The candidate must be able to work well under a stressful and high pressure call center environment.
High School or GED is required.
