Darwin: How One Man’s Theory Turned the World on its Head is the internationally acclaimed exhibit that offers visitors an in depth view of Darwin’s life and discoveries. From his early years as an inquisitive young man to his historic five year voyage aboard the HMS Beagle that took him to South America, the Galapagos Islands and more, visitors of all ages will find something worth exploring.
From the short film, ‘The Life and Works of Charles Darwin,’ to a series of documents, fossils, and a reconstruction of his study, every aspect of his life, both intellectual and personal is put on display. For those who prefer some interaction, there is an also interactive media and touch specimens like a reproduction of a prehistoric skeleton and samples of petrified wood. Live specimens include an iguana and an ornate horned frog.
