Online voting now open: What’s the best in River North?

Residents and patrons of businesses in Chicago’s River North area can now have their say!

Voting is now open for the Best Businesses of the River North area. The newly named THAW (Top Honors Awards and Winners) awards are organized each year by the River North Business Association.

Sponsors this year include Erie-LaSalle Body Shop, Mancuso Motorsports and Courtyard Chicago Downtown/River North.

Voting is now open and can be accessed on www.surveymonkey.com/s/2014BEST. The public can vote for the nominated businesses or write and submit their own favorites.

Winners will be announced at the THAW Awards Party. It will be held on Thursday January 16th at Cuvee lounge on 108 W. Erie Street.Tickets may be purchased at www.rivernorthassociation.com to attend the evening.

Dean Richards, entertainment correspondent at WGN TV and WGN Radio will the emcee at the awards event.

River North Business Association comprises of more than 325 businesses in the area.
