I chose online dating because I have been on several online dating sites before meeting my current and third husband. Online dating can be fun but it can also be a complete downfall. Dating sites offer many people you can chose to meet or just chat with. In my experience I have met guys that just wanted to chat, guys that just wanted their sexual desires met, guys that wanted short term relationships, and a couple of guys that turned into long tern relationships and one marriage. When dating online always be careful, insist on background checks, and most importantly if you meet with someone make sure to meet in a public setting for safety issues. Dating someone from a site could be the best or worst place to find a mate. You don’t know what you’re getting yourself into until you thoroughly check out the site and the potential person you may be meeting.
