One small step

Hats off to CVS Caremark for pulling tobacco products off of their shelves. Having personally experienced the lose of a parent due to cancer from years of smoking, this issue really hits home. No one expects this move by CVS to really have any impact on the sales of tobacco or the bottom line for the large tobacco companies.

But the attention being drawn by this decision, once again highlights the negative effects and potential damage that people are invoking on themselves. People still have the right to choose, and lets pray that we always will. Lets just hope that by seeing a large company like CVS doing this, that all of us will be inspired to try to make better choices and hopefully get to live healthier and somewhat happier lives.
