One more great reason to visit Amity Vineyards tasting room

Amity Vineyards has one more great reason to stop by for a tasting...a brand new, all natural truffle oil!

Amilty now offers this wonderful new Oregon product in the tasting room. From Jack Czarnecki’s kitchen at the Joel Palmer House in Dayton, Oregon comes the first all-natural truffle oil ever produced in the United States. Made entirely from wild Oregon white truffles, this unique white truffle oil contains no chemicals of any kind!

White truffle oil is an excellent secret weapon in any kitchen. It has a delightful, earthy taste which really gives a boost to savory dishes. Try it drizzled over mashed potatoes, slices of fresh bread, risottos, frittatas, foccacia and pizzas, asparagus, bowls of pasta, fancy salads, scallops, thick soups, and mushroom ragouts and sauces. Beyond the drizzle, it can be used (sparingly) to make vinaigrettes for salads or other vegetable dishes.
