This yoga pose is a favorite in my yoga classes. It combines downdog and updog with plank as a transition for safety. Begin by SLOWLY relaxing into updog from plank, push up to downdog, then SLOWLY return to plank and updog being sure you are comfortable in each position before doing repetitions. Try for the full minute, but STOP at any time you feel uncomfortable. You is about relaxing, enjoying and improving, not overdoing and stressing! HAPPY HEALTH. namaste, gerry
