Fans of “All My Children” can rejoice in the fact that the online soap will begin production of Season Two this month, if all goes well. At least this is Prospect Park’s plan. They also have another plan that is making other fans very upset. This plan is to put on hold Season Two of “One Life To Live.” The reason why is their ongoing lawsuit with ABC.
Yes, that lawsuit with ABC is still going on even though most fans are over the whole thing. Yes, most fans really no longer care that Todd isn’t in Port Charles. Some fans have even taken a liking to the Frank-N-Todd character he is portraying. It was weird in the beginning, but he is turning the character into his own. No, Kikki is not little Starr. But she has made Michael a bit more interesting, even if it did mean bringing Morgan onto the show. As for Silas, he has his moments. He definitely has John’s penetrating gaze. The sarcastic remarks do grow on you and they are a bit similar to John’s remarks, but not quite. Now that you see that he genuinely cares for his patients and it looks like he may be able to save little Danny, you can even almost get pass his Godlike complex. Yes, the characters will do. No, they are not as good as the originals they played. But they will do and the writers have a huge canvas to work with now. For these reasons, most fans will probably agree that they are over the whole, Todd, Starr, and John feud. Most fans just wishes that ABC and Prospect Park would get over it. Most of all, they want Prospect Park to get back to work and get back in production with “One Life To Live.
Fans worked hard to see both “All My Children” and “One Life To Live” back in their lives. They are tired of these companies jerking their hearts around while they stay loyal. Yes, most fans will continue to stay loyal and they will wait on Prospect Park. Yet, Prospect Park should do all it can to back sure that their wait is not a long one.
