"One in Heart and Mind."(Acts 4:32)

"All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had." Acts 4:32

The first church was on one accord. Their hearts and minds were on focus. They knew their purpose and worshipped God. The Holy Spirit of truth was in them and working through them. They were so moved into togetherness that their possession became an area to share. Everything the believer’s owned was considered to be a part of the Christian community. The individuals in need had others to help them.

This unity in Spirit and physically gave a powerful witness to the world. Others seen their faith and sought to join them. Their minds were made up to love one another and to consider the others. Salvations occurred, and the church grew daily. They were doing what Christ Jesus commanded them, “love one another.”

Challenge: Believer, let us love one another in word and especially in actions. Make up your mind this year to love other people. It is powerful!
