One Direction split up rumors appear untrue

There have been shock waves reverberating across the music world upon hearing rumors that One Direction is splitting up. However, to the relief of their tens of millions of fans, it appears these rumors are simply not true. One Direction band member Liam Payne has responded to worried fans, saying not to fear and explaining that the band is working on their next album at this time, reported on Feb. 24, 2014.

One Direction recently won their fourth BRIT award, this time acknowledging their Global Success. The band was formed in 2010 after they finished third in the seventh series of The X Factor and they have since gone on to achieve worldwide fame. Along the path to success One Direction has developed an extremely spirited and vocal group of fans. One Direction fans, many of whom flew off into a panic upon hearing rumnors that their favorite group of guys might be splitting up their band, are now calming down.

It has been confirmed that One Direction is not breaking up, in spite of reports which say otherwise, reports TMZ. In fact it is said the band has 3 more albums to complete under a contract. Harry Styles, the One Direction band member most well known for going off on his own, has said the group has just been taking time to visit family and will be rehearsing together again soon. Fans, many of whom have dubbed themselves Directioners, are pleased to hear these guys will be around to entertain them, at least for awhile longer.
