One Direction fans got big news on Monday and it’s going to be around for a long while. The 3D movie the British band is expected to release later this year was named. Letting the band members know first, the guys shared the title with the fans pretty much at the same time on Monday. Niall Horan was first to post his note, but Liam Payne followed only seconds later.
“Guys, happy to announce that our movie is going to be titled 'This is Us'. What do think of it???” tweeted Niall Horan from his official Twitter account on Monday. “Hope you all like it! Lot of thought gone into it.”
Another One Direction band member shared the official title as well. Liam Payne wanted his fans to hear the big news from his directly.
“Guyssss so proud to announce that our upcoming movie is officially titled 'This Is Us'! Can’t wait for you guys to see itttt!!” tweeted Liam Payne from his official Twitter account on Monday.
The title, very creatively suggesting a candid look at One Direction and all the uniqueness that comes with the band, definitely has the fans excited about the movie. Shot in 3D and giving people a chance to appreciate One Direction as the guys reveal what goes on behind the scenes, the film should be extremely interesting.
Who would have thought it could be best described in just three words? This is Us sounds so simple, but it’s quite perfect!
