One Direction films new 3D movie on world tour, wishes Zayn Malik happy birthday (Video)

This is already turning out to be a great year for the talented members of One Direction, as the Huffington Post reported this Saturday, Jan. 12, that as many Zayn Malik fans know, today the “Kiss You” singer turns 20 years old. While his fellow UK lads and fans have already taken to Twitter to wish Zayn a very happy birthday, Entertainmentwise added this Friday that One Direction will begin filming their upcoming 3D new movie this weekend in Tokyo, Japan.

Popular 1D singer Zayn Malik turns 20 years old this Saturday, and already his fellow One Direction band members have begun wishing him happy birthday on Twitter. Louis Tomlinson was one of the very first, writing:

“Massive happy birthday to my brother @Zayn Malik. See you in a bit! Huge love!

In other One Direction news, both Zayn and the other lads likely have other not-so “little things” on their mind this week, as the boy group is expected to begin filming their 3D new movie this weekend, starting in Tokyo, Japan, before the onset of the “Take Me Home” world tour.

The “Kiss You” singers will officially begin their hotly anticipated world tour on Jan. 18 and Jan. 19 in Tokyo, before heading to the UK, the US, and Canada. As rehearsals continue, the film team is also prepping for the 3D One Direction movie, with cameras following the 1D members from their concerts, travels, and behind-the-scenes before the new movie is edited for production.
