She offers an extensive schedule of classes for all levels, with an emphasis on body-alignment postures (asana), therapeutic breath techniques (pranayama), and exploring the depths of your own spiritual potential.

Classes are personalized by "checking in" with each student. Kelley asks what you want to work on and takes special requests (abs are a favorite!). Students also share intentions for their practice.
