"Once Upon a Time" returned from winter break last night to the relief of "OUaT" fans everywhere. In last night's episode (The Cricket Game) It looks as though Regina is guilty of killing a beloved character but looks can be deceiving. "OUaT" producers, Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz released a few spoilers to keep fans going until next week's episode titled The Outsider (TV Line, Jan 6).
*Spoilers Alert! If you haven't watched last nights episode you may want to stop reading now.
We discovered last night that Regina really is innocent of killing Archie, it was evil Cora and our beloved Archie isn't really dead. Cora killed some random poor Storybrooke resident and kept Archie as a gift for Hook. The doctor knows the secrets of just about every one in town, including Hook's arch enemy - Mr. Gold aka Rumple. We are told that Regina will figure out Cora's game "rather quickly."
Speaking of Regina, Kitsis says “She is laying low and she has a next move” We are left wondering how Regina will react when she discovers her mother is in town and if she will be able to resist using magic for Henry's sake. Cora will undoubtedly try to bring her daughter to give up on being good and come back to the dark side.
Emma will also be dealing with the idea that she some magical abilities as well but instead of using the magic for power "you’ll see her using it when she needs to as opposed to going out and doing birthday parties."
During next week's episode, Mr. Gold will be working on a way to leave Storybrooke to look for his son Baelfire, we hear he be assisted by someone who really doesn't want to participate in his experiments. Oh, and Hook and Mr. Gold will have a tiny confrontation.
"Once Upon a Time" airs Sundays on ABC
