"Once Upon a Time" season 3 has finally returned and viewers are looking forward to the new villain, Zelena, the Wicked Witch. One question fans have is what her problem with Regina is. While it is reasonable to assume it is to get back at Regina for something, it turns out there are other reasons she has shown up. On March 10, WetPaint reported some information about the newest bad girl.

Warning: If you do not want to know "Once Upon a Time" season 3 spoilers, then stop reading.

Fans know that Zelena is connected not just to Regina aka the Evil Queen, but she is also connected to another character on the show. There are a lot of questions that will be answered this season such as why the Wicked Witch turned green and what her problem is with Regina. The question of who her parents are will also be answered. If that is being addressed, then it must be important to the story.

Lana Parrilla, who plays Regina/The Evil Queen on "OUAT" told Zap2It that Zelena isn't about revenge. She couldn't elaborate without spoiling it and just said Wicked's issues are about "other things." She also doesn't want to hurt just one person; there will be many who will fall victim to her rage.

However, she was able to say that her enemy is jealous, angry and wants what other people have.

As for why Zelena turned green, she teased that she has some deep-rooted issues and it comes out in jealousy and envy, but there are also other issues. It seems that her turning green would go along with the saying "green with envy." Does this mean if she resolves those issues she could go back to looking normal?

Lana also had a few things to say about what fans can expect throughout "Once Upon a Time" season 3,

"There will be a lot of sexual tension, flirtation, power, magic, envy, jealousy, some revenge, love, family and Mary Margaret's pregnant!"

The next episode of "Once Upon a Time" will air on March 16.
