"Once Upon A Time" is getting ready to finish off Peter Pan, and now a new villain will make their presence known on the series. On Friday, Dec. 6, E! Online shared new details about the villain set to appear before the end of the season three mid-season finale. Rebecca Mader from "Lost" has been cast in the role, and Vancity Filming shared photos of the actress filming on Friday as well. E! Online revealed the following about her role:

She's one of the best female villains of all time, and not just in recent Disney history. This one even has her own theme music! Also, we can tell you that she is being brought in because now that Rumple and Regina have made peace, the writers felt they needed a new Big Bad and Mader's character will definitely be at odds with Regina.

The identity of the new villain is being kept under wraps, but a sneak peek for tonight's episode might reveal her identity. During the clip, Snow White is on a search, and she is interrupted by Charming. She tells him she is looking for Medusa. Her plan is to get Regina to look at her and turn into stone. Charming is not a big fan of the plan. He will only allow her to go with him by her side.

Does that mean Medusa is the next villain? She definitely isn't a fairy tale villain. Fans will have to tune to watch the mid-season finale for this series. The villain is said to appear in the final moments of the episode. "Once Upon A Time" will continue to air on ABC on Sunday nights.
