'Once Upon A Time' spoilers: What's next for Storybrooke?

On Sunday, several cast members from ABC’s fairy tale drama “Once Upon a Time” were part of a panel at Paley Fest 2013. Along with the show’s executive producers, the cast gave some hints as to what’s ahead for the remainder of the show’s second season.

The producers were quick to put to rest the recent rumors that they would be recasting the role of the Mad Hatter (guest star Sebastian Stan) for a potential spinoff. Executive producer Eddie Kitsis warned that, “Sebastian Stan is a busy man. I don’t know when he will be making his way toward us.”

Emilie De Ravin talked about an upcoming Belle episode that will reveal her character’s cursed persona, calling Lacey, “very interesting.” Kitsis echoed the actress’s statement adding, “She’s the opposite of Belle. Things are going to get very interesting for Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle).”

Producers are also planning to take the audience back to see the very first week the curse was in effect in the March 17 episode. “We’re going to see the Huntsman (Jamie Dornan). We’re going to get more insight into what it was like that first week in 1983 and what it was like for the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) to win.” The hour will also address why Regina adopted Henry (Jared Gilmore).

Other things viewers can expect include a darker Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin), David (Josh Dallas) wanting to go back home, the reveal of where August (Eion Bailey) ran off to and what’s he’s been doing and a potential romances for Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Regina. The two part season finale will be called “Second Star to the Right” and “Straight On ‘Til Morning.”

Once Upon A Time” airs Sundays at 7 p.m. CST on ABC.
