'Once Upon a Time' spoilers: Regina meets Cora

On Jan. 12 TV Guide interviewed Lana Parilla AKA the Evil Queen Regina to talk about her character meeting up with Barbara Hershey's character, the Queen of Hearts and Regina's mother, Cora. Last we saw of Regina, she was being set up for the murder of Dr. Archie Hopper, come to find out, Cora was the one that set her up.

This week, fans will see Regina and Cora come face to face, but the question is; Will Regina welcome her with open arms? Regina will find out that Archie actually isn't dead, but she is still being shunned by Storybrooke residents. When TV Guide interviewed her, Parilla says that it's a lonely place.

When Cora comes back, even though she has caused a lot of pain, she reverts back to that little girl because she feels that she needs someone and, at the end of the day, Cora is still her mother and she loves her. This is going to be a turning point for Regina because Snow wants to believe in her and knows that the woman that saved her life from the runaway horse is still in there, but Regina is hurt and sometimes it can ruin a life forever and that is where she is at.

With all this drama going on in Regina's life, it will be interesting to see it played out. At this point, we don't know that Regina didn't kill Archie, so the story is about to get even more interesting. Many fans are likely to find themselves sympathizing with Regina even though they previously didn't like her.
