The Knave of Hearts is moving to Storybrooke! Although it has not been officially renewed just yet, ABC’s “Once Upon a Time” is already making news for their upcoming season four. The news is that they have snagged the actor who plays the character of Will on the recently canceled show “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland.” According to Entertainment Weekly on April 1, actor Michael Socha has been cast as a series regular.

The network has not yet made the official announcement that the fan favorite series will on their 2014-2015 season line up, but it is fully expected to return. Socha played the role of Will Scarlet, aka the Knave of Hearts, on “Wonderland.” However, the show lasted for only one season before it was shut down.

There have been hints from producer Adam Horowitz on a possible crossover between the two shows but with the recent cancellation, they are going in a different direction, at least with this character. There is no word on any of the other actors from “Wonderland” that may also show up for next season.

Be sure to catch “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland”s series finale on Thursday to see if there are any hints as to how this character crossover may play out. Of course, he could end up playing a totally different character, too. You just never know what can happen in fairytale land.
