Fans were shocked when Storybrooke vanished and the fairy tale characters went back to their own worlds on the mid-season finale of "Once Upon a Time." The only people who escaped Peter Pan's curse were Emma and her biological son, Henry. Regina ended up casting her own spell on the two, which altered their memories. Now Emma believes that she never gave Henry up for adoption and they have a wonderful life together in New York City. So what is next for viewers? On Dec. 19, Latino Post revealed some information about the new enemy in town, the Wicked Witch of the West.

At the very end of the mid-season finale Hook showed up at Emma's door. Since Regina erased her memory, she has no clue who he is. He desperately tries to explain that her family is in danger and then plants a big kiss on her, hoping it would jog her memory. The kiss did not work and she shut the door while Hook was left outside, not knowing what to do.
When "OUAT" returns in March 2014, Hook will continue to try to get Emma to remember her fairy tale family. Since viewers know that the Wicked Witch of the West will be appearing on the second half of season 3, she is probably the reason why Emma's family is in danger.
There is not much else known about season 3, episode 12 but Wet Paint suggested that the Wicked Witch of the West stay wicked. Many characters who start off evil end up having some sort of past that has made them that way and end up being redeemed. Will this also be the case with the Wicked Witch or will this be one evil character that is truly a bad girl? Only time will tell and fans will just have to speculate until the show returns in 2014.
"Once Upon a Time" season 3, episode 12 airs on March 9.
