"Once Upon A Time" is currently airing on Channel 15 in Tempe. On Monday, Jan. 7, TV Guide shared new comments made by the men behind the series, Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis. If you missed any of the previously released photos or spoilers for this series, go here.
On Sunday's episode, the Charming family was reunited. However, tragedy struck with the supposed death of Archie. The end of the episode revealed he was alive and being held by Cora. Now, the Charming family must learn how to bounce back from the loss of their friend and learn how to become a family. Horowitz spoke about that with TV Guide. He said the following:
"What we're going to see is a family struggling to figure out what exactly it is. It's interesting to us that there are those parallels. Two sets of parents and two sets of kids who have not had the interaction that one normally associates with family. In addition to that, you add in the relationship between Snow, Emma and David — they're the same age. It's going to be a challenge for all of them to sort out."
Emma and her parents are already learning how to live with each other. Emma walked in and caught her parent's sharing a moment in bed during this week's episode. As for Snow's mother, TV Guide also revealed on Monday that fans will soon see her arrive on the series as well. Edward Kitsis revealed the following about her role on the series:
"The Snow White story usually begins with the stepmother trying to get rid of her, so we thought it would be fun to explore what Snow's mom was like. Her name is Eva, and she's the person who taught Snow White how to be Snow White."
Horowitz also teased that Snow's mother does have a surprising connection to someone else on the series as well. Fans are buzzing about this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
I can't help it. I think I love her, so happy #OnceUponATime is back on
