'Once Upon a Time' Producers: Cast news, spoilers

Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis are on a roll again. Ever since last nights "OUaT" episode The Cricket Game aired, the pair have been releasing spoilers left and right. A big one is in we will be meeting Snow White's mother Eva (Seattle PI, Jan 7).

"The Snow White story usually begins with the stepmother trying to get rid of her...so we thought it would be fun to explore what Snow's mom was like. Her name is Eva, and she's the person who taught Snow White how to be Snow White."

We will meet Eva sometime in late Feb. or early March and will again see Bailiee Madison as little Snow. Horowitz says "Snow's mother has a surprising connection to someone we know."

The pair also talked about last night's episode what we can expect in Storybrooke next week and beyond. They say that Regina who had really, really tried to be good is not going to be happy that as soon as Archie was found "dead" they all looked to her. She now see's that no matter what she does they are never going to believe her or trust her, so aside from Henry she has less to lose. In other words "watch out."

When it comes to Regina and Cora Kitsis "says every child wants their parent's love, and deep down, everyone wants their parent's respect and approval. Unfortunately, she has a hard choice because she wants her mother to love her, but in the same respect, she fears her mother and wanted her [to go] away. She wants to be with Henry and wants to go straight."

As for Emma learning how to be a parent right along side Snow and Charming Horowitz says: "What we're going to see is a family struggling to figure out what exactly it is. It's interesting to us that there are those parallels. Two sets of parents and two sets of kids who have not had the interaction that one normally associates with family. In addition to that, you add in the relationship between Snow, Emma and David — they're the same age. It's going to be a challenge for all of them to sort out."

It sounds like it's going to be a long few weeks for Archie, who Cora and Hook are holding captive. Since the good Doc knows so much of Storybrooke's secrets he makes the perfect tool to gain information. The town will discover that Hook and Cora are sneaking about very quickly but "The mayhem they're causing continues at an exponential rate. "
