Sunday, March 23, 2014 the all new episode of “Once Upon a Time” brought a new character into the fold, Rapunzel. Fans watched as David/Charming attempted to save Repunzel from a witch that mirrored its victim’s fears in order to control them -- dark? Maybe a little but it made for an interesting storyline. David faced that same witch in the current day plot line and being a good father was the fear he had to face.
It’s an interesting plot twist since David and Mary Margaret are on the verge of hiring the Wicked Witch as their new midwife for Emma’s new unborn sibling. Speaking of the Wicked Witch and her nasty plans, she is also toying with Mr. Gold/the Dark One – who everyone else believes is dead. Will daddy see through the façade and be able to protect his new child? How is Repunzel going to fit into all the new drama on “Once Upon a Time”?
Hook and Emma had a moment this week but fans were let down when no kiss happened. Spoilers of next week’s episode show that Neal is back – but after watching him collapse to the ground in the teaser video after the episode his recent hiatus from the action doesn’t look like it was peaceful. Emma, David, Regina, and Hook found the cage that Mr. Gold was being held in, empty and spoilers show that the Wicked Witch, Zelena will continue to use the dagger to control the Dark One. In one small section of the teaser video it shows the witchy woman saying “I summon thee, Dark One” which is probably not a good sign for the rest of the town folk at Story Brooke. Belle will play a larger role next week as well. Regina looks to be continuing to be a strong force against the wicked witch (her sister) and her flying monkeys. The entire video voice over talks about how it is never smart to make a powerful woman mad (like we all didn’t know that) because payback can be a real witch (lol, not a bad teaser at all).
