"Once Upon a Time" season 2 is going to be revealing quite a bit about Cora's past with episode 16, "The Miller's Daughter," for which ABC released promotional photos on Monday, March 4, and in the first group of images, you can check out Rose McGowan as the younger Cora.
In this upcoming "Once Upon a Time" episode, Cora (Barbara Hershey) finds herself one step closer to getting rid of Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) to take his place as The Dark One when she and Regina (Lana Parrilla) try to overpower him as he's dying. Meanwhile, Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) is going to find herself tempted by dark magic. And then in the fairytale land that was, Rumple agrees to give the younger Cora his servers for a price, of course, when the king calls her bluff when she says she can spin straw into gold.
The "Miller's Daughter" photos, which you can check out at the top of this article, show the younger Cora with Rumplestiltskin in the flashbacks to the fairytale land that was, along with a glimpse at the straw turned to gold and Cora holding a contract as they strike their deal. McGowan does seem to fit perfectly into "OUaT" just based on these images alone.
"Once Upon a Time" season 2 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on ABC. What do you think of Rose McGowan as the younger Cora?
