On Jan. 7 Seattle Pi shared that "Once Upon a Time" will be adding yet another character to its lineup. The new episode will be introducing Snow White's mom, the queen that taught Snow White to be the kind and compassionate. For every evil step-mother queen, there is someone before her, and in this case, it will be Eva.
Most people know the Snow White story to be about a girl whose father and mother are both dead so she lives with her evil step mother that makes her do everything out of jealousy. According to executive producer, Edward Kitsis, now fans will get to know about the other side of the story; before all of that happened.
The episode likely won't air until late February and early March as it will be a two part episode. Naturally the episodes will take a dark turn considering the people involved. Adam Horowitz, the executive producer says that Snow White's mother, who we don't know who will be playing her, has a surprising connection to a character that we have already met.
Fans are simply going to have to tune into the show to find out who Snow White's mom is and what her dark past might be.
