"Once Upon a Time" fans are anxiously waiting for the return of season 3. Even though the fairy tale series will not come back to the air until March, there are plenty of speculations, rumors and spoilers being dished out. One of those spoilers reveals that an old character will be returning, Zap2It reported on Jan. 15.

Warning: If you do not want to know "Once Upon a Time" season 3 spoilers, then stop reading.

The old character that will be coming back is none other than Red Riding Hood, played by Meghan Ory. Although her return is not yet set in stone, she has been told that her character will once again appear on "OUAT." She said,

"This show I get to run around with a gun and on 'Once' I'm a CGI wolf. This is definitely more fun. I'm not gone from 'Once.' Red Riding Hood just kind of disappeared into the mist. I'm told she will be back but that's up to [executive producers] Adam [Horowitz] and Eddy [Kitsis] when that happens."

Meghan left "Once Upon a Time" when she had the chance to play a leading role on "Intelligence." Both shows film in Vancouver, but there have been scheduling conflicts that have prevented her from doing both.

Carter Matt wrote that she may return sooner rather than later because the ratings for "Intelligence" were horrible and it may not be renewed for another season.

The mid-season premiere of "Once Upon a Time" will air on March 9.
