The new place to catch the NFL this season is On the Thirty in the La Reina Plaza at 14622 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks. The upscale pizza and wine bar features nine huge flat screen TVs carrying each and every NFL game. But the real treat of watching football at On the Thirty is the beer and gourmet pizza.
On the Thirty has an outstanding selection of 30 California brewed craft beers on hand, 17 on tap and 13 more in the bottle. Your thirst will have no trouble being quenched. During the games select drafts will be $2 off.
The gourmet pizza will be extra enticing at $3 off during games. Featuring 30 different toppings the selection is perfect for all appetites. What is most special about this pizza is the labor involved in the house made dough for the crust. Ingredients include organic flour and fresh yeast that is fermented for a minimum of 16 hours to get that amazing taste.
The full menu, including brunch, will be available highlighted by the crispiest most flavorful chicken wings you have ever had and this Sunday will see the debut of traditional football fare with an On the Thirty spin, Panko Fried Mozzarella and Chicken Tinga Nachos. Executive Chef and Co-Owner Justin Urich says, “You have never had anything like them.”
Urich is fulfilling one of his life’s dreams, “I always wanted to own my restaurant with my Jets on the screen.” On the Thirty will be the unofficial bar of the New York Jets with audio of the game being broadcast over the state of the art sound system in the morning.
The doors open at 9:30 a.m. just in time for 10 o’clock kick off. With beer, pizza, fried mozzarella, shredded chicken nachos, wings and football your NFL watching Sundays just got a whole lot more delicious.
