On the streets of Santa Fe: ArtFeast 2013

It's ArtFeast weekend and, weather or not, I'll be on the streets going from gallery to gallery enjoying a feast for my eyes as well as sampling special culinary delights. I'll be partaking in the gallery events but there is so much more to ArtFeast. There is a fashion show , luncheon, gala dinner and auctions. All proceeds benefit art programs in the Santa Fe Public Schools.

Friday, Feb. 22 kicks off the weekend with Art of Fashion, a runway show and luncheon featuring the latest jewelry and clothing from local designers and boutiques like Cicada Collection, Tsosie-Gaussoin, and Queen’s Ransom.

Next comes the Gourmet Dinner and Auction. But what we are all looking forward to is the ArtFeast Edible Art Tour. Braving the cold, we'll head out to enjoy art in up to 35 art galleries and savor paired tastings from local restaurants.

Next on the ArtFeast agenda is Saturday’s Art of Home Tour. Tour some of the city’s most exquisite homes and art collections. You can even purchase local artwork showcased throughout the homes.

Lastly on Sunday you can enjoy the Artist’s Champagne Brunch and Auction.

Tickets for events are available online as is the schedule of events.
