Moncler returned to New York this month with a special event performance to unveil the Moncler Grenoble Fall 2013 collection. Guests who joined Moncler President Remo Ruffini included Andrew Andrew, Anne V, Brendan Fallis, Bryan Ferry, Carine Roitfeld, Claire Distenfeld, Derek Blasberg, Eleanora Carisi, Emanuele Della Valle, Erica Pelosini, Fabien Baron, Fern Mallis, Franca Sozzani, Francesco Carrozzini, Garance Dore, Gigi Mortimer, Giovanna Battaglia, Hannah Bronfman, Harry Brant, Ivan Olita, James Goldstein, Jessica Hart, Larissa Bond, Lauren Remington Platt, Lola Rykiel, Michelle Violy Harper, Olivia Palermo and Johannes Huebl, Peter Brant Jr., Phillip Bloch, Scott Schuman, Sofia Sanchez Barrenechea, Terron Schaefer, Theophilus London, Virginie Mouzat, Yi Zhou, and Zani Gugelmann.
The presentation took place at the iconic Gotham Hall and it was the most unique fashion event we had ever attended. Inside the hall, there was a dome-like tent, in which guests were gradually ushered. The ceiling had glossy mirrors and there here rows of models rocking the Moncler gear lining the dome. All of the models had ski goggles on. Star Wars music blasted and the lights flashed randomly. When the light returned we got a glimpse of the winter gear, which looked chic, but warm. Then the presentation started again.
