MAGIC! is fronted by singer-songwriter Nasri Atweh. As one half of the production duo The Messengers, he has penned tracks for Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Shakira and more. Now Atweh is looking to be the one in front of the microphone again with MAGIC! The band has already bewitched audiences across the globe with its lead single "Rude," hitting the top 10 in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The U.S. is starting to follow suit with the breezy love song blasting to no. 62 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart in its second week (up a whopping 35 spots from the week before). As of press time, "Rude" also sits in the top 30 of the iTunes music store. With radio support building for MAGIC!'s debut single as well, the band should be coasting in the upper reaches of Billboard very soon.

With "Rude," MAGIC! mixes sweet lyricism with an easy listening sound. Light reggae beats back Atweh as he sings about marrying his girlfriend, though, her dad wishes otherwise. While most love songs are happy-go-lucky, Atweh lays his heart on the line in a charming performance. "Why you gotta be so rude? / Don't you know I'm human too?" he pleas with the unshakable father. Despite the family friction, the power of MAGIC! seems to prevail on the irresistibly earthy single "Rude."

In the music video for "Rude," MAGIC! rocks out to tune in a garage. A story is laid out between Atweh and his on-screen girlfriend, depicting them madly in love when her father is not around. Will they or will they not get married is the big question in MAGIC!'s lighthearted clip. On YouTube, the "Rude" video has so far amassed over eight million views.

MAGIC!'s debut album "No Way No" is set to be released later this year. For more excellent MAGIC! tunes, check out the band's recent collaboration with Shakira, "Cut Me Deep," from her self-titled album.
