Time to haul out the easter baskets and practice one's egg hunting skills. Easter is rapidly approaching and several suburbs in the Dallas/Fort Worth area are holding Easter Egg hunts this coming weekend, providing ample opportunity for little ones to search for eggs. Head out this Saturday, March 27th, for a fun family time of scouting for eggs and enjoying Spring-time weather in D/FW.

Bedford Easter Egg Celebration: Join others in the hunt for over 10,000 easter eggs. Activities run from 10am-12pm at the Bedford Boys Ranch Pavilion. Cost is $5 per child.

Flower Mound Easter Egg Scramble: Jake's Hilltop Park, across from Lamar Middle School, is the place to be Saturday afternoon. Activities begin at 2:00pm, with egg scramble scheduled for 2:30 pm. This event is free to all participants.

Flower Mound Underwater Easter Egg Hunt: Skip the traditional hunt for eggs in a grassy field and instead search for plastic treasures underwater in the Community Activities Center's pool. $5 for members/$6 for nonmembers.

Frisco's Aqua Egg Hunt: Forgo the dress clothes for this egg hunt and throw on a swimsuit instead. Join the Easter Bunny in Frisco for an aqua egg hunt. Pre-registration is required for this event.

Grapevine's Nash Farm's Easter Egg Hunt: Hunt for eggs down on the farm! This free event will run from 9:30am to 11:00am, with hunts being broken into divisions by age of child.

Plano's Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny: Join the Easter Bunny himself at Amazing Jakes inside Collin Creek Mall for breakfast and an egg hunt. Cost is $5 per family member. The event runs from 8:00 am until 10:00am.
