While the code "4/20" may have a whole other meaning, this week's calendar has a few entries that suggest it's also a great day to enjoy a craft beer. Special tappings of Stone Enjoy By 04.20.14 IPA are on the menu at the Flying Saucer on the Lake on Tuesday, as well as at the Addison Flying Saucer on Thursday. In between those, visit any of the three area Flying Saucers for Brewery Night on Wednesday, and you'll take home that pub's commemorative 4/20 glass.

Should you find yourself with a case of the munchies, beer dinners will be served at a number of local venues this week. Monday has the recurring Pour Man's Beer Dinner at the Common Table, along with a tasting event featuring Odell at Urban Crust. Two nights later, Wednesday happenings include pairings with Franconia at Primebar Dallas and Rahr at The Little Red Wasp in Fort Worth. Then on Thursday, it's an Oskar Blues Beer Dinner/Dumb & Dumber Movie Quote Along, which will be going on at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Richardson.

Once the weekend rolls around, be sure to catch a ride on the Dallas Brew Bus. They'll be visiting Franconia, 903 Brewers and the Community Beer Company as they tour the Great White North (purchase tickets here).
