On St. Patrick's Day everyone is Irish

March 16, 2014 - Melbourne, Florida - Yesterday on March 15th, the City of Melbourne held its annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and Irish Festival. The parade kicked off at about 11:20 AM and lasted a little over one hour. There were floats, Irish Clans, Police, Fire Department, military and Coast Guard marching units. The entire main street in downtown Melbourne were packed two and three deep with spectators. Everyone was making a some sort of a green fashion statement with hair everywhere you looked. A big stage was set up behind Meg O'Malley's Irish Pub and Restaurant were an Irish band played. Most of the restaurants along main street were offering special St. Patrick's Day food and drink. Tomorrow go and celebrate St. Patrick's Day at local Irish Pub near you. Meg O'Malley's Irish Pub and Restaurant will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day tomorrow. Come and enjoy the festivities.
