The latest edition of “Dennis Mitchell’s Breakfast With The Beatles,” which begins airing Saturday, will feature an interview with George Harrison’s older sister Louise. Mitchell and Harrison talk about her brother's first visit to the U.S. in 1963, which was well ahead of the historical 1964 trip he made with his bandmates.
In addition, the show will look back at the history of the group's “Rubber Soul” album, plus revisit the Beatles' Christmas tracks and play the 1964 and 1969 Christmas fan club records.
Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, “Dennis Mitchell’s Breakfast With The Beatles” is now heard on dozens of radio stations in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K. and Germany, along with the Cavern Club and Hard Day’s Night Hotel in Liverpool. It’s also part of the lineup on Beatle webcasts Beatles-A-Rama, Macca Radio and Fab4Radio.
The program described will begin being broadcast on radio stations Saturday. The first hour will also be available early Sunday at www.beatlesradioshow.com.
