On Friday: Simply Living social and GMO labeling discussion at OEFFA

On the second Friday of each month, Simply Living organizes a social event for people who want a a more compassionate and sustainable world. It includes a short program to keep you in touch with what is happening in Simply Living and other groups who are playing well with others and the planet.

From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, March 8, the social will be hosted by the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA) at 41 Croswell Road in Columbus.

GMO committee chair Lisa Daris will present information about the controversial issue of labeling food that has been genetically modified, and a statewide campaign to educate Ohioans about this important issue.

The event is free and open to everyone. The OEFFA will provide refreshments. For more information, contact Mary at maryc@simplyliving.org.
