On a rainy day, you can see umbrellas forever in Austin

The recent rainy weather has caused Austinites to search for our umbrellas.  But if you really need an umbrella and can't seem to find one, look no further than your Austin public transportation.

Why just today I saw two umbrellas left abandoned at a bus stop.

I suppose that's how it works: you take the umbrella you find, and once you're finished with it, you leave it for the next person who needs it.  I myself have accidentally left an umbrella behind on public transportation.  I assume the person who found it is using it to keep dry on days like these.

So when you lose an umbrella, don't worry; hopefully your fellow Austinites will "pay it forward" and give you another one.
