OMBE’s Fall Open House is around the corner!

Get connected with the center’s eco-practices and friendly practitioners during their Fall Open House on Saturday, October 30th from 10:00am – 4:00pm.  They will be providing complimentary classes, workshops, demos, consultations, refreshments and launching their Eco-Moms group.  This group will hold monthly gatherings at OMBE to connect like-minded moms and moms-to-be in the area.  Workshops include Holiday & Stress Eating, a Running Clinic and Runners Gait Assessments.
