“Celebrity Apprentice” star Omarosa Manigault was thrilled to win some money last week for the charity that helped out her late partner, Michael Clarke Duncan, who passed away last year from a sudden heart attack. While she was wiping away tears, many thought that she was just using her partner’s passing as an emotional plug to get Donald Trump’s attention, something which Latoya Jackson didn’t ignore. While she left the show, Latoya made the comment that Omarosa probably caused the heart attack that was fatal for Clarke Duncan. And yesterday, the story broke that she was suing Jackson for the comments made. According to a new Radar Online report released on March 20, “Celebrity Apprentice” star Omarosa isn’t scaring Latoya, as she is standing by her comment.
Jackson was recently asked if she regretted the comments, given she is now facing a lawsuit. “I must have said, ‘I wouldn’t be surprised if … and that was a statement, because everybody knows” Jackson said about Omarosa’s character. “She tried to sabotage everything … she looks out for her reputation real well, she really does. All the team members felt they never met a person like that before. And of course, I haven’t!”
Of course, Omarosa has been known as the real villain of reality television, so it isn’t surprising that she is fighting for herself, even if it means filing a lawsuit against another celebrity. “It is repulsive and of the lowest level of class for Ms. Jackson, who showed herself to be a ‘sore loser’ in making these disgusting statements in the wake of” Dunca’s death Omarosa’s attorney has revealed. “As her counsel, we have been directed to pursue these defamatory statements to the fullest extent of the law with La Toya Jackson and any other participating publications or media outlets who repeat or repost these statements.”
Are you surprised that Latoya is standing by her comments?
