Olympics inspire fitness goals

According to a recent report on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, forty percent of Olympic viewers say watching has inspired them to exercise more often.

Despite a tragic death, several injuries and defeats, the 2010 Winter Games did not disappoint.  The energy of the Closing Ceremony could be felt miles and miles away.  So it's no wonder adults and kids alike were inspired in some way.  Who knows, maybe you will be the next Olympic gold medalist?

Are you in that forty percent?  If not, get up and join the ripple!  Experts recommend thirty minutes of vigorous activity a day.  Always consult a physician before you begin any exercise program.

Now on to Russia for 2014!
