Well, here are a few fashion pointers from the Swedish Olympic team about how H&M designed their athletic looks.

The outfits are created in collaboration with athletes from the Olympic team, using the Swedish national colors blue and yellow.

H&M has provided an extensive wardrobe for the Swedish Olympic athletes, including outfits for training and leisure, as well as competition clothing for the Swedish teams for figure skating, curling, slope style free skiing, slope style snowboard and moguls.

NYDailyNews says, “Athletes on the Swedish Olympic Team took part in the design process for each item in the collection, ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of functionality.”

Swedish Olympic medal-winning swimmer Therese Alshammar stated, "It's great to share the Olympic look with fans through the Go Gold collection at H&M Sport, and it was fun to contribute with our input during the design process."

The US Winter Olympic team has yet again been given low scores by the public over their fashion faux pas because the team styles look like sweaters made for grandpa and grandma.

The US team fashions were designed by Ralph Lauren and I suppose the average American was expecting more out of Lauren and his fashion brand.

However, Lauren has gained some kudos and made up for the lack of chic, hip and cool styles in his Olympic team fashion designs by manufacturing the goods with the Made in America label.

Are you traveling to Sochi for the 2014 Winter Olympics? If so, what are you wearing?
