Beliebers tried to teach Olivia Wilde a lesson after she criticized a shirtless Justin Bieber on Twitter, but “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone” star just turned Justin’s fans into a joke. According to a March 14 report by The Daily Mail, the actress read some of the ridiculous tweets she got from Beliebers during her appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”
Olivia Wilde’s feud with Beliebers began when she tweeted this message to Justin Bieber: “Put your f--king shirt on.” The actress had seen a photo of a shirtless Biebs walking the streets of London, where the poor pint-sized pop star had just had the “worst birthday” after leaving his own party. So he was probably just throwing a topless temper tantrum.
Of course Beliebers thought Olivia was insane for not drooling over the Biebs’ hairless body, so they were quick to launch a Twitter attack. Here’s what Olivia told Jay about one of the tweets: “One of them was, 'Are you a lesbian, or are you too old?' And it's great -- because it's a question I'd never asked myself before. And I was wondering, am I too old to be a lesbian?” The Justin Bieber fan probably thought that Olivia had to be gay or a granny to not be turned on by Justin’s adorable little abs and his exposed tighty-whities.
Olivia Wilde read another tweet from a fan who told her to “Put your shirt over your mouth.” She dubbed this diss a great “Shakespearean insult” that she plans on using in the future. The poor Justin Bieber fan who wrote that one obviously didn't think it through -- Olivia typed her comment about Justin being topless on Twitter, and covering her mouth with her shirt wouldn’t have hampered her ability to type.
Olivia also said that she wasn’t trying to diss Justin -- she was just concerned because it was way too cold in London for him to be walking around shirtless.
Poor Justin just can’t catch a break these days, so it’s not surprising that his Beliebers are so easily agitated. The singer has been criticized for smoking pot, cursing at a paparazzo, cancelling a concert, and wearing those hideous drop-crotch pants. However, hopefully no Belieber goes completely off the rails because of all the bad press the Biebs has been getting -- Olivia joked that one of them might throw acid in her face. Luckily for her, Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, and Drake Bell have all survived Belieber attacks with their skin intact. But it’s a safe bet that few Beliebers will be buying tickets for “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.”
