As we are all aware of, people born in England are considered British. Her family didn’t relocate to Australia until Olivia was five when her father joined the faculty at the University of Melbourne.
Since their move from England to Australia, Olivia Newton-John has been referred to as, considered and accepted as being Australian.
Another bit of family trivia:
Olivia’s grandfather, Max Born, from her mother’s side of the family was the Nobel Prize winning, German physicist.
