Olivia Newton- John recently engaged in an exorcism at her home in Jupiter, Florida following the suicide of the 41-year-old construction contractor, Christopher Pariseletti according to Monday, September 23 Radar Online reports.
Pariseletti was found dead in Newton-John's pool in August from an apparent suicide from self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Olivia, 64, her husband, and a couple of the star's close pals were on hand in the home while the priest performed the exorcism, watching as prayers were recited, and holy water was distributed throughout the entire home.
Since the suicide Olivia Newton-John has been having some issues in selling mansion, reports reveal that Rosie O’Donnell was looking into buying the home but, the suicide on the property made her nervous, and she decided against the purchase.
Olivia is said to believe that by having a priest perform an exorcism on the home it will relieve any fears that future buyers may have about the home the home being haunted. Olivia has also recently slashed the asking price for the home by $320,000, there are still reportedly no interested parties.
An Orlando estate agent said: 'Unfortunately there is a grim notoriety to the house and people are put off by that.
